What Raise an Anomaly zones are
Raise an Anomaly zones are the map slices you steal from and the lab you run home to. The official page never prints a zone list. It only says you steal eggs from SCP monsters and upgrade a lab.
This page is the zone overview. First-zone and new-zone walkthroughs live under Guides so the hub does not compete with the click-by-click routes.
The starting zone
New players begin in a small lab and a nearby steal. Official art shows a crib, a hallway, a bath, and a containment-style room with a red moon. Those pictures are the visual language of the first hours, not a labelled floor plan.
Stay here until one anomaly is hatched and feeding. Dying on a deeper steal before your plot pays is how first sessions stall.
Higher zones and Speed
Community wikis say a treadmill Speed stat decides which zone you can enter. That rule is not on the store page, but it matches how players talk about the game in videos: get faster, then steal farther.
If a door, wall, or guardian stops you, train Speed before you blame the egg. The Speed wiki page covers the treadmill; this page only notes the gate.
The New Zone (16 September 2026)
The creator group shout on 16 September 2026 announced a New Zone together with Merge, Fairy Cake, and Admin Abuse. That is the only official zone name we have: it is new, and it is tied to that patch window.
Admin Abuse on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 1:30 PM was listed with NEW ZONE in the same shout. Bring Speed and an empty plot slot if you intend to steal there during the event.

Zone 7 and other numbered reports
At least one community wiki mentions Zone 7 in a secret-egg notice. That is not a complete atlas. Do not treat Zone 7 as the last zone or as a boss arena — the game has no official bosses.
Numbered zones will be added here when a sign or UI is captured. Until then, “higher” only means farther from your lab and harder to escape.
Planning a zone run
A zone run is steal, escape, hatch, feed — not a campaign mission. Servers cap at 5 players, so traffic around a popular crib can be the real hazard.
If the New Zone is crowded during Admin Abuse, complete one steal and leave. Repeatable cash in your lab beats a graveyard of unhatched eggs.
